Greasy Spoon Cafe

Today we decided to go brunching with some of the girls. The great thing about our courses right now is that we usually do not have lectures everyday, therefore we have quite a lot of free time during the weekdays and weekends. Usually, brunch places in Stockholm have quite long queues during the weekends, therefore if you happen to crave some breakfast or brunch food in the middle of the week, don't wait til the weekend. We arrived around half past 11 and there were a lot of tables available, which was great for us. The brunch place that we ended up going to is called the Greasy Spoon Cafe, they have two locations; one in Södermaln and the other one in Odenplan. They serve breakfast and brunch all day, everyday, which is great, since who doesn't love some pancakes for lunch or dinner? They serve a variety of different brunch items on their main menu and they also have a weekly specials menu, which has three different items (both savoury and sweet) that is only available during that week. 

After browsing through the menu, I ended up ordering an Eggs Arlington (poached eggs on an English muffin with hollandaise sauce and smoked salmon), which is usually my go-to brunch item and a cup of latte. Both of my friends ordered the Buckwheat pancakes which looked so yummy, definitely considering to get that next time.
